Q:
php link to directory with path containing parent directory?
I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to get php to link to a directory that contains its own parent directory.
For example:
Assuming I'm in /www/[example.com]/public_html/test
I have a file within my test directory named images/sample.jpg
But the image link is obviously:
";?>
This however does not work because of the../../ part. Is there some way I can link to an image that is inside the test directory in this instance?
I've also seen examples where it would be something like:
".htmlspecialchars(basename(__DIR__),ENT_QUOTES)."";?>
But that doesn't work either.
If I omit the leading /public_html/ in the ".htmlspecialchars(basename($realpath),ENT_QUOTES)."";
} else {
die("Unable to locate path.");
}
